**Note Cloud Services are helpful for Comptia Trifecta, AWS certs; Understanding basic languages is helpful for Scripting and Programming then any other language specified course like Python
As we are going over this course, you are using software from your operating system to your browser. Use-cases really depend on the needs of the end user and what is available to them.
One service that is provided is Cloud based Services. For the purpose of this course, they are divided into three types: Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service.

Take a step back and think about Pizza. You have probably went to a restaurant and ordered a pizza, picked up a frozen pizza at the store and baked it, or had it delivered. This is a way of looking at the different type of cloud based services that are available.
Infrastructure as a service is the take and bake kind. In this case the pizza is all of the infrastructure. The computers are off in a distance and you are allowed to use them.
Platform As a Service is the Pizza Delivery. You come in and indicate everything that you want, lay it out and it is delivered. PAAS is used for developers who are looking for a medium to build their “Pizza”. It can be things like Elastic Beanstalk on AWS, Google App Engine, Azure App Service, and Heroku.
Software as a Service is coming to the restaurant and getting the whole deal. You order from the menu and you receive the pizza without doing anything more than being there. This is like using Gmail or google drive. It is not something that you physically install on your computer.
